1. Eligibility

• To join FilmyAdaPro, you must have purchased our Digital Product Bundle from our official digital store. You will receive a sponsored E-pin to join the FilmyAdaPro network.
• A valid PAN Card and proof of a valid Bank Account are required before your first commission withdrawal.

2. Co-Producer Status

Becoming a "Co-Producer" is a recognition and honour status conferred by the company; it is not a product or a share in the company. Your name will be credited in upcoming movie productions and listed in our official Co-Producer Gallery as recognition for your contribution to the network's growth.

3. Network Structure & Operations

• Every member must submit a valid e-Pin provided by their Sponsor to complete registration and activate their account.
• Network payouts are strictly linked to the sales of digital products and the monetization of our digital content on social media platforms. These are not financial deposits or investments.

4. Earnings & Payouts

Your potential earnings are derived from the following activities:

• Direct Referral Income: You will earn a handsome commission for each direct referral, with no limit to the quantity.
• First Pair Income: A one-time special commission for achieving your first pair (1 left + 1 right direct recruit).
• Pro Pair Income: A recurring commission earned from your second pair up to a predefined limit of pairs.
• Regular Pair Income: A recurring commission earned for pairs completed after the "Pro Pair" limit is reached, up to another predefined limit.
• Level Income: A fixed income earned from the activities of users in your downline, up to a specified number of levels.
• Rewards: Special rewards are granted upon achieving specific binary pair targets.
• Lead Generation Reward: Earn rewards when a potential member you introduced (a "Lead") joins the network, even if you are not their direct referrer.

5. Deductions & Anti-Abuse Policy

• All payouts are subject to applicable Indian Tax Laws. Specified Service Charges and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be made on every payout.
• Only one ID per PAN card is allowed. Duplicate registrations using the same PAN are strictly prohibited and will be blocked.
• Self-activation chains (creating accounts under your own account) are prohibited.
• IDs that are dormant (showing no activity for 3 consecutive months) will be marked as inactive and may require reactivation by completing new sponsor requirements.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to the separate Refund Policy provided for your Digital Products purchase. As you are joining the FilmyAdaPro plan via a sponsored e-Pin, you are not eligible for any direct monetary refund or income claim from this plan. Your participation is in exchange for the benefits and earning opportunities provided within the network.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, digital assets, and branding materials related to Filmy Ada Productions remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Co-Producers are not entitled to redistribute, resell, or otherwise misuse any digital assets or proprietary content without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Filmy Ada and Achieve Sales Private Limited are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from your network activities or interactions with third parties.
• Earnings are performance-based and depend on individual and network sales performance. They are not guaranteed by any means.

9. Modification of Terms

Filmy Ada reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the network and platform following any changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
